NEW YORK (AP) - Viewings, a funeral and a concert tribute will be held in Brooklyn for the Rev. Timothy Wright, a Grammy-nominated gospel singer.

A viewing will be held from noon to 8 p.m. Saturday at Grace Tabernacle Christian Center Church of God in Christ, where he was the pastor. A second viewing will be held Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

On Sunday at 7 p.m., a concert tribute will take place at Pleasant Grove Tabernacle Church.

His funeral will be May 4 at the Pilgrim Cathedral Renaissance Convention Center.

Wright died last week. He was injured July 4 in a car crash that killed his wife and grandson.

Wright also was a composer.
