Troy, N.Y. -- Police have arrested the person they believe shot a man to death earlier this month.
23 year old, Tyrone Chaires, now faces second degree murder as well as weapon charges.
Police say Chaires shot and killed Jimmy Chapman, near the intersection of Harrison and Second streets back on October 13th.
Chaires is now being held in the Rensselaer County jail.
