ALBANY COUNTY, N.Y. – Albany County law enforcement agencies and mall security officers will are on the lookout for people illegally parking in handicapped parking spaces.

"Project Access" targets drivers who are not disabled and park illegally in those spaces. This is the 42nd time this program has been held in the Capital Region since 2004.  

It began Friday morning and will run through Saturday night.
