Looks like it is going to be an early spring! At least, that is the prediction from Punxsutawney Phil this Groundhog Day.

The Pennsylvania Prognosticator did not see his shadow Friday - and of course, according to legend, that means spring is just around the corner.

If the groundhog had seen his shadow, then, according to the legend, we could have expected six more weeks of winter.

The last time Phil predicted an early spring, was 1999.
