A Schenectady County woman has been arrested under the "social host law" after state police say she allowed underage kids to drink at her house. Kathryn Goulden of Delanson faces 22 counts of unlawfully dealing with a child.
State police broke up a party Friday night, and found more than 20 minors drinking. They say Goulden gave the kids several cases of beer.
She set to appear in Duanesburg Court next week.
