MALTA, N.Y. -- An early morning fire Monday damaged two businesses in the Malta 9 Plaza; clothing store Posh for Pennies and salon Grand Illusion Hair Design.
The fire started around 5 a.m. at the strip mall, located on Route 9 in Malta. It is now under investigation.
