WTEN: Albany, New York News, Weather, Sports - Mysterious light seen over Malta; Sheriff's dept. has the answer

MALTA, N.Y. -- Several people in Saratoga County reported seeing a mysterious light in the sky late Monday afternoon.
The Saratoga County Sheriff's Department says the bright light was likely from a transformer fire along Route 9 near Kramer Road.
National Grid headed to the scene, as well, and told NEWS10 the fire caused some very minor power outages in that area.
